The SearchingWorks SEO Site Assessment analyzes your existing web site from the search engines' perspectives. We look at site structure & content, existing link networks, navigability and all the other key elements for Search Engine ranking success.

This site assessment equips you with a baseline from which to initiate further Search Engine Optimization work. It details your existing situation, and makes specific recommendations for improvements in the search engine results pages.

Deliverables of a SearchingWorks SEO Site Assessment

The SearchingWorks SEO Site Assessment reviews those key elements of your site that are critical for search engine success. We analyze and report on:

  • Site Crawlability & Usability

Your site has to serve a least two distinctly different audiences. One group of your site visitors, the search engine robots, is interested in links, content and crawlability of your site. The other group, of course, is made up of the human visitors that evaluate your site based on its relevance to their requirements. Both audiences are critical to your web site success, which is why we report on both crawlability and usability elements of your SEO situation.
  • Document Structure

We review the underlying structure of your HTML documents to identify strengths and weaknesses of current practices in use at your site. (Review of Title tags, META descriptions, keywords, etc.)

  • Keyword Review & Copywriting Assessment
We review your currently used search terms and their effectiveness for your site visitors.

  • Search Engine Positioning
We review your current positioning in select search engines, in terms of overall search engine ranking, ranking on search engine results pages for specific keywords and the frequency of existing links.

  • Recommendations
The site assessment concludes with a series of specific SEO recommendations that you can use as the basis for further work on your site.
